Temporary Closure of The Seraya
As a precautionary measure in line with prevention efforts taking place across Komodo and wider Indonesia, we are temporarily closing The Seraya out of consideration for the health and safety of our guests and staff members. We feel that in light of the ongoing impacts of Covid-19 that we are currently unable to continue operations.
Visa On Arrival (VOA) has been suspended for all travellers attempting to enter Indonesia, travel bans are increasing and we feel it is no longer viable for us to keep operating in this current climate. The Indonesian-Government-enforced closure of Komodo National Park is scheduled to lift May 29 2020, however we will not be reopening until July 2020 in the face of this momentous disruption to our operation. We will continue to monitor the situation and remain in close contact with health authorities and the government for updates.
All bookings between March 27 and June 30 will be offered rescheduling credit valid for up to 12 months from their current bookings. Please contact us to discuss your stay. Email: info@theseraya.com. All other bookings will for now remain in line with our regular terms and conditions. As the situation evolves we will make further decisions and keep our clientele informed.

Although our paradise home will be closed for visitors, we will still be available to take enquiries and bookings for further in the future. Please do not hesitate to reach out for further information via email info@theseraya.com. We will continue to share love and joy from our little island home via facebook and instagram.

We are deeply saddened that we have been forced into this position by circumstances out of our control. We are sending our best wishes and support to all of our past and future guests to remain safe and well during this trying time. We hope to once again share our stunning island with you very soon. Thank you for your ongoing support to The Seraya.
